    I am Santosh Kumar Jha, a commerce graduate from India. My career spans across office administration and data conversion (converting .PDF to .Doc, .html coding, proof reading etc) to working in various domains like Finance, Annuity made me jack of all trades.   As the experience grew, I moved up to mortgage origination process. Hence it was a new experience for me to be in a new domain but my work and knowledge would help me to become an expert in it (promoted as Process Expert for Option One Mortgage Corporation, USA.).

I am looking for a Non-Voice Team Leader’s opportunity within/outside India. I hold USA B1/B2 Visa valid up to year, 2016. As you can see from my past work experiences that I have the capability to adapt and learn different domains. I seek an opportunity to gain more insight and knowledge by being part of an esteemed organization. I would be glad if someone will help me to get a non-technical opportunity. In return, I assure to perform better than expectations.

We know what we are, but know not what we may be. I'm a down-to-earth person, who really is just looking for happiness in life. I enjoy life in general. I'm a person who appreciates the little things in life more than the material ones. I'm open and honest. I like Hindi music, romantic and ghazals.
