    I am Santosh Kumar Jha, a commerce graduate (Pursuing MBA in Healthcare & Hospitality Management), from India. My career spans across 7 years and I have moved from Office Administration background to the ITES industry. My learning capabilities and IT knowledge led me to this industry. From data conversion (converting .PDF to .Doc, .html coding, proof reading etc) to working in various domains made me jack of all trades.   As the experience grew, I moved up to mortgage origination process of one of the leading mortgage companies in USA. Hence it was a new experience for me to be in a new domain but my work and knowledge would help me to become an expert in it (promoted as Process Expert). 

    My work as a process expert involves, Floor support and monitoring, SOP maintenance and updation. Preparing and conducting Process Knowledge Test for team members and producing result for the same. Making MIS report on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Interacting client for process related queries. Maintaining update tracker and discussing updates with team members. Training new associates who join us later. Quality check and processing in mortgage Origination, Servicing & Indexing department. Drive high performance culture within the team. Mentoring associates and providing feedback for their improvement areas. Handled all the responsibilities of a team leader due to untimely attrition of team leader.

    I am looking for a Non-Voice – Senior Level/Team Leader’s opportunity within/outside India. I hold USA B1/B2 Visa valid up to year, 2016.
